Returns Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unclaimed, unused, with the scratch panel intact, and in the same condition as when you received it. The card must also remain attached to the original packaging.
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your item to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable) Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
